All of our products are packed by following steps:

Step 1. The surface of the profile all covered with protective tapes incase the scratching.

Step 2. Corner are protected by cardboard to avoid collision damage.

Step 3.  Fix windows and doors in the wooden crate.

Step 4. Fill the space between pallets with air bags to insure the stable.

With pull of our protection, the goods can arrived in safe and sound !

1. What is the delivery time ?

A: 15-20 days for the standard color and 30 days for the customized one. It depends on the details.

2. What about your package?

A: Using four steps of package, your goods are given an all-round protection regardless of the cost.

We have been exporting lots of products overseas, no client complaint about the package until now.

3. What is your payment items?

A: Normally we accept 30%~50% of total amount by T/T as deposit and balance before delivery. If you have any other requirements, please contact us.

4. Can I come to your factory before I make the order?

A: Of course. We'd love to have you come. Our factory located in Foshan, very near to Guangzhou Subway and Air port. we would like to pick up you to our factory.

5. Can I get a free sample before ordering?

A: We would like to provide sample before your ordering but it is not free. And you will get a refund after you place an official order. It is a good way to show the sincerity for both of us.

6. How can I know the price exactly?

A: The price is based on your specific requirement, it is better to provide the following information so that we are able to give you an exact quotation.

(1) Official drawing of windows & doors to show us the dimensions, quantity and types;

(2) Your selection of the color for the frame and also the thickness of the profile;

(3) Type of the glass: single or double glass, laminated or Low-E glass, others;

(4) Any other personal customized requirement.
